The scraper has a smooth edge, it wont scrape anything. The handles are not secured and just pull off while your trying to use it. And Gutology will act as if they can't see the email they sent you and the shipping method you paid for.
Great to know that every time I'm cleaning my tongue a tiny trace of copper enters my system.

This pure copper tongue scraper is beautifully made as well as being functional, and feels very gentle on the tongue. Well designed and easy to hold. Would definitely recommend this product. I had a problem with the Gutology website and discovered I’d accidentally ordered 2 of them, but the customer services help was excellent, and they sorted things out quickly and efficiently.
